Methodology of conducting workplace training.

The training is intended for employees in managerial positions. As part of their duties, they are required to conduct position training when:

  • hiring new employees,
  • transferring them to other work positions,
  • changes in technical and organizational conditions (e.g., changes in the technological process, introduction of new machinery or equipment, reorganization of workstations).

The purpose of the online course is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the techniques of conducting position training and developing detailed training programs.

  • what are the forms of vocational education for adults,
  • what are the forms of organization of training on occupational safety and health,
  • what are didactic means and how we divide them,

  • what are the methods of practical teaching,
  • and others.

The training ends with a knowledge test.
