The initial HSW (Health and Safety at Work) training session for the employer.
The employer responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for his subordinates should complete the necessary periodic health and safety training for employers - regardless of the industry. The online health and safety training offered is also addressed to other people managing employees, i.e. masters, foremen, department heads, etc.
Its completion will allow you to create safe working conditions, which will contribute, among others, to to reduce the number of accidents.
The aim of the training is to obtain by the participants of the training knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Assessment of hazards in work processes and the risks associated with these hazards;
- Shaping safe and hygienic working conditions;
- Protection of employees against work-related hazards.
From the training you will learn:
- what is health and safety and what are the training obligations,
- when are the trainings conducted, what are their types,
- what legal acts regulate the employment relationship,
- what are the employer's obligations in the field of health and safety,
- how to define an accident at work, causes of accidents,
- what disease will be considered an occupational disease,
- what are the employer's obligations in terms of ergonomics,
- how to assess occupational risk,
- what are the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer in terms of nuisance and harmful factors,
- how to provide first aid.
The training is divided into 7 modules, each of which ends with a short quiz. The training ends with a knowledge test.
